Anyway here is the card I made:
The purple piece of cardstock is from a paper stack called The Once Upon a Time stack, the black card is from my stash as are the peel offs and the gem stones. The image is from a very talented lady called Wendy at Wendy's Digital Doodlings and I have coloured her in with blending pencils and promarkers. I have distressed the edge of the circle with black chalk and glittered the stars on her hat and the spider.
This will fit the challenges at:
The Playdate Cafe - A colour combo of Dark Brown/Black, Orange and Yellow
Bee Crafty - Distressing
Crazy for Challenges - Halloween
Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge - Halloween
Alphabet Challenge - C is for Circles (Well I did put her in a Circle)
So there you have it, hope you like it.
Lovely card Dawn.....and I think the jewels at the bottom are circles too, so oodles of circles! Many thanks for joining in the challenge this week :)

Dawn this is a really lovely card. Even though she's bright in the colours she's wearing the rest is dark ie mimicking the darkness of Halloween.
ReplyDeleteNot sure whether I should really thank you for looking at your blog as I have come across another challenge blog that I like the looks of so I might try and partake in that sometime very soon.
I would like to thank you so much for taking the time to post a comment on my blog. It is greatly appreciated as it has upset me that people can judge all too quickly these days. I see on your blog you make your cards for others, just like me. That's such a wonderful thing for you to do as well.
I hope to be back and blogging more very soon. I've just had a number of commissioned cards to do. I'm still unsure I'll make my £1,000 for different charities come the end of December which will be four years but I am going to give it a good try. Fingers crossed.
Take care

Great card Dawn. I love that image!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by and leaving me a comment today. I agree with you, I have no idea why people who start following a blog if they didn't like visiting it. I guess people just see free stuff and do whatever they have to for a chance to win. I have made lots of great friends through having candy giveaways though so it won't stop me from having another one :)
