Wow, I cannot believe I am posting a card as a Guest Designer for
Sketch & Stash - oooohh I am so excited. Thank you so much Lisa for choosing me as your Guest Designer.
So....... another fantastic sketch from the team this week and for those of you who want to play along here is the fabulous sketch:
I had a bit of a money bonus recently - something I don't get at all often these days, so when it came I took the opportunity to spend some of it on some long awaited digi stamps that I've had my eye on for a while!
The image I have used for this card is from
Pink Cat Studio and is called Kissin Penguins (so newest stash there). The image is coloured using promarkers and glitter, and the edges have been chalked with pale blue chalk to compliment the DP. Those DP are - the blue background from a Hot Off The Press pad called Sapphire and the snowflake paper under the ribbon is from a free download at the
Craft Table called Winter Wonderland! The ribbon down the side is my other newest stash and is a recent purchase from Hobbycraft. The other ribbon across the middle is from
Crafty Ribbons and is some that I have had for a while now. The larger snowflake is from
Jolee's boutique and the blue snowflake is handmade with my snowflake punch purchased from Hobbycraft.
So that's it then, my first card as Guest Designer for
Sketch and Stash. I have had so much fun with this and have really enjoyed the challenge - can't wait for the next one!!!
Oh this is gorgeous Dawn ! :-) These penguins are just sooo cute and the papers and embellies are just perfect ! I LOVE the riboon especially :-)

ReplyDeleteI like you mentioned on my blog the other day do not get a chance to get out and comment much every time I try to my two year old thinks it is way more important that I be reading or playing with him!!!
I do keep up with your creations in my google reader and I did read a comment you left the day Joni Show Cased me on the Inktegrity Blog as a departing DT member you almost made me cry such a sweet comment!!!
Saw your comment on the RP Blog today you do not need to go out and find the DT members posts and comment on them just need to comment on the RP Blog each day I post cards from the DT and then at the end of the week I will reveal the winning post and the winning commenter.
However I am sure the girls really appriciated your comments on their personal blogs don't we all???
