It has???? Well then it must be time for the second challenge at Totally Tilda.
First though, I just want to thank all those of you who entered a card into our first challenge using our Chocolate theme. There were some awesome cards which made choosing the top cards really difficult! Please don't be disappointed if you didn't win this time, remember there will now be a new challenge every fortnight!! After all, it would be really cruel to ask you to wait a whole month before you can use Tilda again now wouldn't it??
So please hop on over to the Totally Tilda Challenge blog and see who our lucky winners of the fabulous prizes were.
So onto our second challenge and again this is another fabulous challenge, "Tilda on a Shaped Card" - that means any shape you like but NO square NO rectangle and NO easel cards. You could really let your imagination run wild here and I can't wait to see what you have to show us this time. REMEMBER!! You must use Tilda on your card to be in with a chance of winning the prize on offer from our fabulous sponsor Bunny Zoe's Crafts and here it is:
The DT were given an assortment of Die Cuts from Susie's fabulous shop Die Cut Dreams - you really should go take a look as Susie has a whole array of different die cuts that you won't see anywhere else! So I went with a round shape for my card and here it is:
I used Tilda with Thistle for my card and coloured her in with my promarkers and watercolour pencils.
I added two Thistle flowers (which are actually purple although you can't see that in the piccy) which I recently bought from Craftee and then used a Clarity Stamp called Hanging Vine around the opposite top edge.
Around the bottom edge I used my tapestry stamps in complimentary shades of ink. I added a strip of Papermania Henbury Lane paper across the middle and punched one edge with my Fiskars Leaf Border punch. I added a piece of white lace across the top of the purple paper and then stood the card on the plate stand which also come from Die Cut Dreams - clever lady that Susie!!
I'm quite pleased with how this turned out and I hope you like it too. Please remember to visit the rest of the DT (links on the challenge blog) and see what fabulous creations they have to show you, I guarantee you will be stunned as they are all so beautiful. I shall enter this card into the challenges at Paperplay and Dutch Dare who both have Anything Goes challenges and Wild Orchid Challenge - Lovely Lace
