Hello all, and welcome to Day 9 of the Best of British Event being held on our Pure Inspiration Blog until 2nd June.
Today we have the fabulous Letraset as our sponsor
Originally founded in London in 1959, Letraset has been manufacturing and supplying innovative media to the design industry for over 50 years.
When our Dry Transfer Lettering system was first launched in 1961, designers called the process ‘a revolution in the studio’ and Letraset went on to become a household name in the field of commercial design.
Today Letraset supplies a broad range of creative media for commercial designers, students, Manga artists, illustrators and crafters.
Our motto is Creative Opportunities and that simply means, whatever your design interest or skill level, we aim to provide all the tools you need to maximise productivity and enhance your creative expression.
Letraset have very kindly given the following prize for one of you lucky people to win....
So today I have made a card using a Sarah Kay image and coloured it with my Flexmarkers and Promarkers, and here it is:
I have used papers from a Basic Grey pad called Sweet Threads.
I have used papers from a Basic Grey pad called Sweet Threads.
I have used a mixture of soft peaches, lemons and greens for my colours to match the papers.
The sentiment is a die cut sentiment from a full sheet and I have used Distress Inks to colour the background which was white. The beautiful orange ribbon (which is also at the bottom of the card) is one of the new Spring range from Crafty Ribbons.
The flowers are a mix from my stash and Wild Orchid.
Remember to come by tomorrow and see what I've got for you then.
Remember your free P&P when you spend over £7 at Crafty Ribbons, for the duration of the event.
