Die Cut Dreams - Challenge #88 - Wedding

Well, another Monday rolls around and that means time for another challenge at Die Cut Dreams.  Firstly though, let me say a huge big thank you to all those who entered our last challenge.  Please stop by the Die Cut Dreams challenge blog and see if you were one of our lucky winners.  (Remember, all our winners are hand picked - no Random Org here!!!!)

So, onto my creation for the next challenge which is:
WEDDING
The prize this time is a Spotlight Guest Designer spot for challenge #90 (23rd May)
So without further ado here is the card I made for this challenge:
I purchased the card as a pack of two (one cream and one white, with envelopes) from my good friend Lynne's new Online Craft Store - Crafts 4 You.  They are 85p for the pack and they are really good quality.  Why not pop along and have a browse, I am sure you will find something you want need! (LOL)
I have had this stamp for ages and just don't get much chance to use it - so - out it came!  I have coloured the man's suit with pearlescent chalk and there are a few highlights on the wedding dress (although you can bearly see them - they are there!)  Then I chalked around the edges so that it wasn't too stark!  I added some beautiful silk flowers and some pearls on gold stems.  The two corners are from a DCWV chipboard accessory pack which matches the Linen Closet papers.
That scroll is from the same set.  The brads are American Crafts pearl brads from Hobbycraft and the Congratulations stamp I have again had for ages.
So there you have it folks - my Wedding Card.  I hope you like it.  Remember to stop by the rest of the DT (links at the top of the page) and leave them some love on their fabulous creations - I know they all appreciate those comments.

Challenges:
A Spoonfull of Sugar - Let's Celebrate
Stampin for the Weekend, Totally Papercrafts - Wedding
Fab n Funky - Here comes the Bride
Stamping Vacation - Weddings
C.R.A.F.T. - Flowers
Crafty Cardmakers - Royal Wedding

Just kidding, I'm not really that big headed, honest. So here you go then, my card for this challenge:
This is the Native American Tilda from the Bon Voyage collection and I have been itching to use her ever since I bought her.
The image is coloured with promarkers.  I have sat her on a wall which is a stamp from a Digital Delights clear stamp set called Dylan which are available through Clear Dollar Stamps.  The trees in the background are a Clarity Stamp.
The papers I have used were a little pressie from my bloggy mummy Christine, thanks mummy, you're a doll!!  The little cactus charm is from Sharon at Ewe 2 Can Craft. The flowers were from my stash and the sentiment is from an Ooh La La CD, but I can't remember off the top of me head which one!!
Remember there is a $10.00 Gift Certificate on offer as our prize from Nikki at Bunny Zoe's Crafts and believe me you wouldn't have any problems spending it (and more!!)

Well, it is Thursday once again and that must mean it is time for a new challenge over at Do It With Digis.  I hope you remembered to stop by the challenge blog and see who the lucky winners and top 3 were - I did and they were fabulous - well done to all of you.
So onto the new challenge and this time it is the turn of the Diva A Team to show you their projects.  For this challenge we are sponsored by the Uber talented Roberta from The Prairie Fairy.  Roberta is offering the winner 5 digi images of their choice
and as always anyone who uses one of my sentiments from SENTIMENTS 4 YOU is in with the chance of winning a $10.00 gift certificate to spend in my digi store
So, without further ado let me show you my card for this challenge.  Now as I said we are sponsored by The Prairie Fairy and the Digi Divas all got to work with some of Bertie's wonderful digital images.  So here is my card:
I decided to go for a Christmas card because I loved this sweet little image.
I have coloured the image with watercolour pencils and highlighted the whole of it with Glamour Dust.
I added some punched snowflakes and some pale blue and pink baby's breath flowers.  The silver danglies are recycled from a necklace I bought a while ago which started to fall apart so I thought I'd use it on my cards.
The little sentiment is one of Lynne's from Sentiments 4 You and I added a little Christmas Tree charm to the middle of it.
So there you have it.  Please remember to stop by the rest of the Digi Diva's blogs to have a look at their fabulous creations, I just know you won't be disappointed.

Now then, remember when I did that last candy I said there would be another one following on shortly.  Well, I didn't want to keep you in suspense any longer so here it is.  A bit smaller than the last one but it is just my way of saying thank you to all those people who follow my blog and leave me lovely comments on my work.
The blogging world is a very special place and one I am very proud to be a part of.  Yes there is the occasional moan or groan but in general there is support and friendship - two of the most important things in life.

Simples!!

Well there is a Magnolia Tilda stamp (Gingerbread Tilda)
15 assorted Tilda Stamped Images
A pack of Promarkers (Autumn pack)
A length of pink ribbon and 4 cream mulberry roses (not shown)

Draw will end on Friday 8th April Midnight GMT and be announced on Saturday 9th April when I will put up an Easter themed candy!
