Happy Birthday Tilda

Hello bloggy friends.
I hope this Sunday finds you well and happy?
Well, as it is Sunday that means there is another new challenge over at the Totally Tilda challenge blog.
Firstly though, I would just like to say thank you for all your wonderful entries on the last challenge.
It always makes it hard to choose a winner/top 3 but that's part of the fun!
So what are we going to tempt you with this time??
Well the new challenge is:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TILDA
You MUST  use the words Happy Birthday on your creation
****************
Before I show you my card I would just like to let you know that we have a fabulous Guest Designer joining us for the whole of this challenge.
Elizabeth was one of the GDT's we chose from over 100 people and as soon as you see her card you will know why we chose her.
Thank you Elizabeth for joining us this fortnight with your fabulous Happy Birthday creations.
Please hop on over to Elizabeth's blog and have a look at her work and remember to leave her some Tilda love!!
***************
So on to the card I made for the new challenge:
I used Tilda holding tulips and coloured her in with my promarkers/flexmarkers.
The die cut is made with my scalloped circle nestabilites and the doily is from Wild Orchid Crafts.
I have used TH Broken China DI around the edge of the nestability and on the doily.
The piece of fencing is the last little bit of a die cut that my good friend Liz sent me for my birthday, thanks Nana!!

I have used a MS PATP (just love these - must get some more!!)  The DP is from the Sweet Crazy Love Magnolia collection which I bought from Sir Stampalot and this is matted onto terracotta TH C'ordinations card.
All the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts except the brown baby's breath which is from my stash and the twirly thing is a pipe cleaner, sprayed with glue and rolled in Glamour Dust.  The gems are from my stash as is the Happy Birthday die cut sentiment which I have coloured with DI to match the doily and the die cut.
So there you go peeps, hope you like it.

Softpencil Tuesdays

Hi peeps,
Oh my, I am so behind at the moment - I feel like I am forever chasing my tail!!!
Oh how I wish my numbers would come up in the lottery then I could give up work and have more time to craft! LOL  A girl gotta dream right???
So here is my next card for Softpencil Tuesdays

This time I have used another of Elizabeth's new Easter digis. This one is called Easter Chick and is one of a set of digis available in the store.
I just love these digis and they are such a delight to work with.
The image is coloured with my flexmarkers/promarkers, the flower was one of a bundle I had for my birthday.  The polka dot ribbon is of course from Crafty Ribbons and the sentiment is one from a set of die cut sentiments I have had in my stash for ages.
Hope you like my card my friends and remember to stop by the Softpencil Store to pick up some fabulous digis.

Don't forget the challenge this time is:
TILDA HOLDING A FLOWER/BUNCH OF FLOWERS
********************
Here's the card I made for the midway reminder:
The fabulous die cut is one of Susie's - this was a yellow die cut and I used my flexmarkers to make it into an orange one to fit my theme.  The papers are Papermania from the Sunshine Capsule collection and from a Prima Pad called Botanical.
The image is coloured with my promarkers and flexmarkers and the background has been done using chalks.
The cute little butterfly was one from a pack my good friend Ali sent me for my birthday - thanks hun!

Those flowers are some I had in my stash.
That fabulous "all my love" ribbon was from........ go on, I bet you can't guess can you??????
Oh, right, you can guess - well I suppose I do say it alot don't I??  Yes, that's right, it is from Crafty Ribbons. It is just one of a fab new range that they are currently stocking.  If you haven't paid a visit in a while you really should - they have some fabulous goodies at the moment!!

Happy Thursday morning to you lovely peeps!
Time once again for a new challenge at Crafty Ribbons.
Thanks for all your fabulous creations on our last challenge, you really are a crafty lot aren't you?
Please stop by the Crafty Ribbons Challenge blog and see if you were one of our handpicked top 3 or our Random Winner!
So, onto our new challenge.
Firstly here is the fabulous prize that is on offer:
spring ribbons
This time the challenge is:
BLACK/WHITE PLUS ONE OTHER
(You may use hair and skin tones but the other three colours must be your main ones)
So here is my project for this challenge:
I went for Black White and Pink (bet you hadn't worked that one out had you? - LOL)
The flower is made using a Stampin Up Stamp and Punch set which I won some time ago in a candy.
I used three different ribbons from Crafty Ribbons at the bottom of the card and four gems at the top of the card.
I added a dark pink button with some bobbly cotton threaded through for the middle of the flower.
So there you go then.  Please remember to stop by the rest of the DT blogs and have a look at their fabulous inspiration, you won't be disappointed.

Softpencil Tuesday's - The Return!!

Hello crafty peeps,
Yes you read it right - Elizabeth at Softpencil is back!!! Wooooohooooo!
What's more, I am chuffed to bits that Elizabeth has once again asked me to be a part of her amazing DT, thank you Elizabeth, I have missed using your cute little digi images.

Allow me to introduce the rest of the DT
and of course
ME!!
So, because Easter is drawing every closer Elizabeth has re-introduced some of her sweet little Easter digis and you can find them here at her shop.
So here is the first of my creations with the Easter Digis,
This one is called Painting Eggs with Michu and Ratiny.
(I've just realised that I didn't colour in Michu's Easter Egg - DOH!!)
Here is a little close up for you of the image:
The seam binding is from, of course Crafty Ribbons and the prima flowers were a birthday gift from my blogging mummy (thanks sweetie!)
So, I hope you will make time to visit the rest of the DT and see what lovely creations they have to show you.
See you back here next week for the second Easter, Softpencil Tuesday.
