Ribbon/Lace/Twine - Through the Purple Haze

Hello lovelies
Time once again for another challenge over at Through the Purple Haze.
The challenge this time is:
RIBBON/TWINE/LACE
You can use one, two or all three on your creations but we must see at least one of them.
*********
This time our sponsor is the wonderful:
and the prize is:
3 Images from the Store
**********
So I was lucky enough to choose an image called
and here is what I did with her.
The image is coloured with my Promarkers for a change apart from the skin and then I used my Copics - and I am really pleased with how she turned out.

The Papers I have used are from the Snow Princess pads from Nitwits at LOTV. I just love the quality of these papers.
The ribbon is a seam binding from Crafty Ribbons and the lace and twine are from my stash.
The little Happy Birthday envelope is from an Ooh La La CD.
I hope you like my card, and I can't wait to see what you all come up with.

Little bit of Sassy Studio with Tonic

Hi all
Time for a new challenge at Through the Purple Haze.
This time the challenge is:
Use a Punch or Die
We are lucky to have two fabulous sponsors for this challenge:
First up:
who will be offering one of their Tag Dies as the prize.
And secondly:
who will be offering Four images as a prize.
So I got to use the Baroque Oval die from Tonic together with Dark Fairy Sassy from Sassy Studio Designs.
So here is my card:
The background is done with Shaving Foam and Distress Inks.
I have coloured the image with my Spectrum Noir Pencils.
Love how these pencils blend together.

I added glamour dust and turquoise glitter to her wings.
I blended some Peacock Feathers Distress ink around the edges of the die cut.

Here is a close up of her wings.

Advent Calendar with Advent Ribbon

Hello lovelies,
Well it is the turn of the Buttons Team to host the challenge this week.
And this week the theme is
A CHRISTMAS CREATION WITH RIBBON
So long as your creation fulfils the challenge you can make whatever you like, cards, layouts, altered items, take your pick and have fun.
So here is my offering for this week:
So I used a Greyboard Advent Calendar christmas tree from That Craft Place on FB.
I painted it with Gesso first and then used Cosmic Shimmer Matt Chalk paint in pale green to paint all the little draws, and the cone at the top.
The body of the tree is painted in Burgundy Cosmic Shimmer Chalk Paint.
Then I sprayed everything with Crafter's Companion Spray and Sparkle in Gold.
Next I cut up the exclusive Christmas Advent Ribbon from Crafty Ribbons and glued them to each individual little draw.
I added some holly leaves, cones and berries on the top piece and then added a star at the top.
The star was made by cutting 4 stars and gluing them so that it was 3D.
I am not happy with the star so will probably take that off and redo it but I wanted to show you how easy it was to use the gorgeous Advent Ribbon.

I am looking forward to seeing your lovely creations.
