Hello bloggy friends.
I hope this Sunday finds you well and happy?
Well, as it is Sunday that means there is another new challenge over at the Totally Tilda challenge blog.
Firstly though, I would just like to say thank you for all your wonderful entries on the last challenge.
It always makes it hard to choose a winner/top 3 but that's part of the fun!
So what are we going to tempt you with this time??
Well the new challenge is:
TILDA WITH BUNTING
AND/OR A PENNANT
and we are lucky to be sponsored this time by the lovely Nikki from Bunny Zoe's Crafts.
and the prize is:
****************************
So here is the card I made for the new challenge:
I have used one of Susie's fabulous circular die cuts for the base of my card.
This little Tilda is usually holding a parasol but I cut that off and added a cocktail stick and made a ribbon flag from a piece of silk edged organza ribbon from, of course Crafty Ribbons.
The image is coloured with Copics and I have chalked a pink background behind her.
I have added some pale pink seed beads at her feet for a bit of texture.
The rosette is one I bought on Ebay.
The little tag is made from a piece of card I found in my bits box left over from a piece of punching I'd done. I just cut it to size and added the sentiment which is a Clarity Stamp.
So there you go folks, my simple little bunting card, hope you like it.
Challenges:
Crop Stop Challenge - Banners/Pennants
Sisterhood of Crafters - Going in circles
Oldie but a Goodie - Banners/bunting
(stamp and die cut circles are more than 6 months old)
Shopping our Stash - Double the Ribbon (I used ribbon and twine)
