Anything Goes at TTPH

Hi all,
Time once again for Team B to take the driving seat.
Our theme this week is easy peasy:
ANYTHING GOES.
Our fabulous sponsor is:
So we were all given a digital image to use for this challenge and here is the one I used
INSTANT DOWNLOAD / Bubbles / Digi Stamps / Digital Stamps / Big Eye / Cute Girl / Anime Manga Style / NIDIA
and here is what I did with her.
I decided I enjoyed making my little gift bag last time that I would do another one.
That's the beauty of digital images, you can size them to fit your project.
So the image is coloured with my Prismacolour pencils - haven't used these in ages so thought they deserved a little run out.
The die cut is one I have had in my draw ready cut for ages so I decided to use it on here.
The edges of the card are lightly brushed with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Spiced Marmalade and Wild Honey.
The flowers are all from Wild Orchid.
The background paper is from another of my Nitwits at Lili of the Valley paper pads and this one is called Enchantment.
I have also used a piece of fabulous netted gemstones which my swap partner at That Craft Place Natter and Chatter Group sent me before Christmas.  It is sooooo lush.
On top of that I added some pale orange seam binding and added a heart buckle.
Lastly I added a small piece of cream lace across the bottom.
All in all I am really happy with how it turned out and what's more it was a really quick little gift bag to make too.  The little bags come in packs of 5 in white or Kraft from Hobbycraft and are about £2.99 if my memory serves me correctly.
So there you go lovelies.
Can't wait to see what you come up with.

Pastels or Brights - You Choose

Hi all,
Back again with our next challenge at Totally Tilda & Friends.
Our challenge this time is:
PASTELS OR BRIGHTS
And once again our fabulous sponsor is:
gif maker
And the prize that the lovely Nicky is offering is:
So without further ado here is my offering for this challenge:
I chose to go with the Pastels theme.
So for this card I have used one of my Pip images from Sugar Nellie which again, haven't seen the light of day for quite some considerable time.  This one is Honey Pip.  I have coloured her with my Copics and the background is done with the fabulous cloud and hills/mountains masks from Clarity Stamp which you can find here and here.
At least using the masks means it looks like she is sitting on a mound of grass rather than in mid air!! Lol.
The checked papers are from another of my lovely Nitwits at Lili of the Valley paper pads.  This one is called Bonnets and Bowties and the plain paper is from the matching solids pad.
The little flowers, ribbon and lace are all from my stash.
I promised myself I would try and do the inside of the cards too this year so that I am not left with a whole batch of cards that need inners adding before I can sell them, so here is the inside.
Once again used the matching solids pad from Lili of the Valley and added a plain piece of white card which I punched the corners on with my MS punch.
So there you go lovely peeps - my inspiration for this challenge.
Hope you will find the time to come over and join us at Totally Tilda and Friends.
Remember you can use any STAMPED image now not just Tilda but it must be STAMPED, no digis allowed, sorry.

A little bit of Lacy Sunshine and a few flowers

Hi all
Edited: OMG - I can't believe this didn't post!! Scheduled it for yesterday morning, no power last night, no hot water, electric or heating and come to check tonight and find it didn't post!! Grrrrrrr.
Time once again for a new challenge at Through the Purple Haze.
This time we are proud to be sponsored by
Our theme this week is:
USE SOME FLOWERS
Now that has got to be a really easy challenge hasn't it??

So for my project this week I have used:
Butterfly Enchantress which you can find here.
And here is what I did with her.
I bought some little plain bags a couple of weeks ago and so I thought I would decorate one of those.
So I used a shaving foam background as the base and then added all the components on top of that.
The image is coloured with my Spectrum Noir pencils for a change and I am really pleased with how it turned out.  I brushed around the edges of the card with Distress inks, Bundled Sage and Squeezed Lemonade so it didn't look too stark against the background.
I have used some fabulous new lace that I have just bought, from a lovely lady called Brenda Exeter on Facebook.  She has got some absolutely gorgeous goodies, you really should go take a look. Visit her here and say Dawn sent you.
To finish the bag off I have added some flowers in complimentary colours all from my stash.
So there you go folks, my little bit of Lacy Sunshine and a few flowers.
Can't wait to see what you all come up with.
Thanks for stopping by and remember to leave me a comment so I know you called.
