One for the boys!

Happy Thursday morning to you lovely peeps!
Time once again for a new challenge at Crafty Ribbons.
Thanks for all your fabulous creations on our last challenge, you really are a crafty lot aren't you?
Please stop by the Crafty Ribbons Challenge blog and see if you were one of our handpicked top 3 or our Random Winner!
So, onto our new challenge.
This time the challenge is hosted by Marianne and she has chosen:
ONE FOR THE BOYS
So here is my project for this challenge:
I have used one of those fabulous Bugaboo images called Soccer Boy.
The image is coloured with my Prismacolour pencils for a change and the sentiment is one of Lynne's from Sentiments 4 You.
The fabulous swiss dots ribbon is from Crafty Ribbons and you can find it here.
It is a very simple card but it took me nearly all day to make because I have this dreaded flu type bug that is going around. YUK!
Anyway, I do hope you have time to join in with this fortnight's challenge folks.

Snowballs and Glitter!!

Yes, that's right folks you did read it right!!
It is time for our next challenge at The Christmas Card Club.
We are a group of gals who want to try and get ahead with our Christmas Cards so we all set a little challenge every fortnight and then everyone produces a card to fit the bill.
At the end of the year we should all be well ahead with our Christmas Card makes! "smiles"
Well that's the plan anyway.  LOL
So, this fortnight it is Sue's turn to host and she has chosen a theme of:
Snowballs and Glitter
So here is my card for this fortnight:
Don't you just love this image, sooo cute.
The image is coloured with my Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Copics.
I'm a bit peeved 'cos the ink on the face bled a bit but I didn't have time to make another, so I'll just have to live with it.
Those gorgeous papers are from the Frosty Christmas pad from Nitwits at Lili of the Valley.  They are just such fabulous papers and lovely quality too.
The snowflakes are punched from another sheet from the same pad.
The little snowballs are little tiny balls of cotton wool which I have covered with Stickles.
I have also used glamour dust on the fur around the hats and coat but you can't really see it. :(
The ribbon is some I won quite a while back now so has been in my stash for quite a bit.
So there you have it folks.
Thanks for stopping by.

I decided to do something really different for me.
I bought these heart sticks a few weeks ago from That Craft Place along with the little eggs. Thank you Lisa! I love your shop!! LOL
Tilda is coloured with my Prismacolour pencils. The pins and gems are from my stash.
I have used some fabulous ribbon from Crafty Ribbons, from the Summer Breeze collection.one to wrap around the stick and the other two make two bows.  You can find the ribbon here. As I said those little eggs are from That Craft Place.
So there you have it, my "little bit different" Easter creation.
I do hope you will find the time to join in with our Easter challenge but please do remember to make sure your creation follows the theme and it must always feature Tilda!

Our Four Legged Friends at OLL

Hello bloggy friends.
Well, it is Monday again and that means it is time for another fabulous challenge at Ooh La La Creations.  Firstly, please let me say a big thank you for all the entries that we had for the last challenge.  Please stop by the Ooh La La Challenge Blog to see who our lucky winners were.  Remember, there is no Random Org here, the Design Team take it in turns to pick their favourite and two runners up - so if you won it's because we loved your creation!!

So, onto the next challenge and this time it is:
OUR FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS
Here is the card I made for this challenge:
I have used images and DP from the folder "Stallion" on the new Yesterday's Memories CD which you can buy here.  The little pearl embellishments are from my stash and the ribbon is from the CD which I have adhered with silicone glue to give it a bit of height.

Please remember to stop by the rest of the Design Team and see their fabulous creations (links on the DT tab at the top of this page).  They have all worked really hard to offer you some inspiration, so please remember to leave them some love if you pay a visit.

Midway Reminder - Spots and Stripes

Hello folks,
Just popped in to remind you that you have about a week left to enter the current challenge over at Totally Tilda.
This time the challenge is:
SPOTS AND STRIPES
We would like to see spots AND stripes on your projects this fortnight.
Easy right???
And don't forget we are sponsored by:
The pretty little ribbon
So why not pop along to The Pretty Little Ribbon Shop and have a look at the goodies they've got.
**********
So here is my Midway creation for you:
(Sorry the piccie is a bit wonky)
The cupcake is actually a part of a piece of DP from a Dovecraft pad called Piece of Cake.
I cut Tilda out and sat her on top of the cupcake.
Tilda is coloured with my Prismacolour pencils.
The flowers are plain white foundation blooms which I have stamped with Distress Ink and then added a brad to the centre.
I have used one of my good friend Lynne's sentiments and added some gorgeous candy striped ribbon to finish off.  The DP is matted on to Kraft card as I thought it matched the rest of the colour scheme.
Don't forget to visit the rest of my fabulous teamies blogs to see their gorgeous creations.
(Links in the tab at the top of the page)
Hope you get time to join in with our Spots and Stripes challenge, see you there!!
